Our growing client in Cosham, a leader in their sector, are recruiting a Digital Marketing Performance Executive to join them on a permanent basis.
In this exciting role, you'll drive growth and maximise performance across a broad suite of direct-to-consumer digital channels. You'll craft high-impact campaigns, leverage marketing automation, optimize conversions, and manage SEO and website performance.
What you'll be doing:
- Create & optimise performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more.
- Analyse & report on key metrics like CPC, CPA, and ROAS to make data-driven decisions.
- Boost Conversions through A/B testing, CRO strategies, and user journey enhancements.
- Automate & nurture leads via email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing.
- Segment & Target audiences to deliver personalised, high-converting campaigns.
- Manage Budgets to ensure maximum ROI across all platforms.
- Enhance SEO & website performance by optimising content, tracking rankings, and ensuring best practices.
What we're looking for:
- Digital marketing expertise with hands-on experience in paid media, SEO, CRO, and automation.
- Skilled in platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience in SEO platforms like Ahrefs and Semrush, and website management using CMS platforms such as WordPress and Drupal.
- Data-driven, with a passion for experimentation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment.
Beneficial experience could include:
- Experience in Marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
- Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress and Drupal.
- SEO platforms such as Ahrefs and Semrush.
- Analytics & Tracking tools like Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager.
- CRO tools like Hotjar, VWO, and FullStory
Salary & Benefits:
