This is a 30 million new build industrial project on site and due to run for in excess of 96 weeks .

As the Document Controller you will be working closely alongside the production and commercial teams, design consultancies and subcontractors. You will be responsible for seeing projects through from conception to completion.

This Document Controller role will involve regular client interaction, controlling of the construction management systems, management of drawing documents, overseeing, and ensuring client return documents are sufficient with system standards as well as other ad-hoc administrative duties.

Ideally you will worked for a uk based Teir one or national main contractor using Field View or similar document control packages and be used to being based on site , duties will include :

* The receipt, logging, filing and uploading of each drawing and document using the Field view document control system.

* The issue of each new drawing and document to all relevant parties and colleagues, ensuring the relevant electronic paper trail is in place.

* Liaison with the site team plus architects and consultants to ensure the relevant drawings are requested and received in line with the Design Development Programme.

* Administration duties to support the team, including typing reports and documents, taking and producing meeting minutes, scanning and filing as required, compiling information for O&M manuals, etc.

The project is on site in its early enabling works stages and will run until Jan 2027

There is a good pipeline in the area, so potential follow-on work after this project.
