Morson is currently recruiting for several Production Operatives for long-term contract roles with our aerospace client based in the Hilsea area of Portsmouth.
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling products, following standard working processes and adhering to required specifications. Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacture and assemble products according to standard working processes
Ensure all work meets the required specifications
Maintain a high standard of Health and Safety in all duties
Conduct tasks with due care and attention to detail

Shift Pattern & Standard Hours: Day Shift 07.30 to 16.15
37 Hours per week split over 9 Days – 5 Days one week 4 Days the next week rotating weekly
Week 1 – Mon – Thurs 8.25 hours/day 7am – 4.15pm
Week 2 – Mon - Thurs 8.25 hours/day 7am – 4.15pm, Friday 8 hours 7am – 4pm
