Description

  • Maintain cashflow reporting, ensuring adequate working capital for opex and capex.
  • Lead month-end processes, including journal approvals, balance sheet reconciliations, and ledger balance reviews.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements for all group companies, including group consolidation.
  • Oversee the Finance Operations Team, ensuring processes align with governance and control standards.
  • Lead year-end audit preparation and tax computations, coordinating audit deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and support the establishment of new BI reports.
  • Provide technical accounting guidance and drive continuous improvement within the finance function.

Profile

The successful candidate for this role will be a Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent, with significant experience in financial reporting, audit, and controls management. They will demonstrate strong leadership skills, proficiency in UK GAAP, and advanced Excel capabilities. Attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement are essential.
