Multinational Manufacturing Group based in Portsmouth, Hampshire, has an opportunity for a highly experienced Finance Business Partner to undertake responsibility for the provision of FP&A and Financial Strategy Decision making for a $200M division.

What will the Senior Finance Business Partner role involve?

Reporting to the Divisional Finance Director, the main responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner role will include:

  • Preparation of annual budget, monthly reforecasts and KPI analysis for specific regions within the division and the associated presentation to business unit leaders on performance, highlighting any key variances to budget;
  • Supporting key non-finance stakeholders within the division on assessing risks and opportunities and drive the alignment on mitigation to achieve financial targets;
  • Work closely with sales teams in the analysis of price and margin results and provide financial modelling and investment analysis for capital and system projects.

Suitable Candidate for the Senior Finance Business Partner vacancy:

  • Applicants for the position will hold a full accountancy qualification with previous experience of working within a similar position and a proven track record of successfully supporting commercial decision making through the provision of accurate financial reporting;
  • Exceptional communication, analytical and modelling skills will be essential to undertake the role successfully as will be the ability to quickly adapt to new business opportunities.
