We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator for a thriving vehicle dealership in Southampton. You will sit in the Finance Team and work closely with the accounts/credit control department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, reliable transport, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing purchase and sales ledgers
Handling invoicing and online banking
Conducting bank reconciliations
Data entry
Assisting with credit control

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Part-time options available, min 25 hrs)
Salary: Up to 27,000 DOE
