- Responsible for data extraction, validation, and analysis of large datasets.
- Generate comprehensive analysis, summaries, reports, presentations, and recommendations for customers.
- Manage customer contract terms to align with business objectives and specific customer SLAs.
- Actively monitor business and performance trends to identify opportunities for performance enhancement and cost reduction.
- Assist in managing supplier product files and analyse the impact of changes on the company.
- Aid in the coordination of managed print solutions data.
- Code new customer proposals into the product file, ensuring standardisation to maximise savings.
- Price new customer bids to meet company profit targets and savings requirements.
- Provide support during corporate client meetings.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and customer support.
- Ability to present complex data in a clear and persuasive manner to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in managing large datasets and conducting detailed data analysis.
