Key responsibilities as the Door Entry Engineerwill include:
- Repairs and installation to include fault finding, programming, and commissioning of door entry systems across a variety of buildings where secured access is required.
What the company are looking for in their Door Entry Engineer:
- City and Guilds in Electronic security systems
- City and Guilds in Electronic principles (Desirable)
- Automation to BS EN 16005 (Desirable)
- 2 - 5 yrs. experience of working in Social Housing or Building Maintenance environment.
- 3-5 yrs. experience in the Security industry.
- Be able to demonstrate you are a competent engineer and have the tools to do the work.
- Have the prerequisite technical, statutory, and legislative knowledge for the trades you perform for the company ensuring you keep abreast of updates and changes.
- Have knowledge of the materials and methods used in the building and maintenance industry.
- Working with Videx and Tynetec Door entry systems.
- Working with KMS and PAC Access systems
