Description
- Spend two years working across all areas of engineering to truly understand what team you want to join at the end of the scheme
- Assisting in the design and development of advanced manufacturing processes
- Conducting research to identify improvements in operational efficiency
- Collaborating with senior engineers to implement innovative solutions
- Analysing and interpreting data to inform engineering decisions
- Providing technical support to the manufacturing team
- Participating in continuous professional development activities
- Adhering to all company and industry safety standards
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Profile
A successful Engineering Under Graduate (or equivalent) should have:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field - graduating in 2024 or ideally 2025
- A keen interest in the industrial/manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in using relevant engineering software
- A proactive approach to learning and professional development
