Fusion Support Analyst - Permanent - £50 - 55,000 per annum - Portsmouth/Hybrid 2-days onsite

A great opportunity for an experienced Fusion Support Analyst to join a public sector organisation. You will be joining the Fusion Support Team within the Finance and Resources Department, providing functional and technical support (2nd and 3rd line) as well as managing system upgrades and development.

Location: Portsmouth, 2 days onsite and 3 days working from home

Responsibilities:

  • Provide second and third line support for Fusion HR, Payroll and Self-Service Functionality.
  • Share system administration activities with colleagues within the team.
  • Participate in daily Triage meetings to review and prioritise system incidents, development requests and upgrade testing.
  • Responsible for expert functional and technical support of Oracle Cloud Fusion and associated systems.
  • Design, build and maintain appropriate solutions using Oracle Cloud Technology or other technical tools.
  • Produce and operate clear project plans, manage contractor access, lead the projects and manage project deliverables against agreed targets.
  • Undertake business impact analysis of all Oracle upgrades, delivering clear reports to SMEs and agree clear and effective test plans for upgrades or developments.

Must Have Skills/Experience:

  • Experience working with Oracle technologies, specifically Fusion in a support or implementation role.
  • Experience configuring Oracle HCM Core, Oracle Payroll, Oracle Time and Labour, Oracle Absence and Benefits and Oracle Compensation.
  • Experience writing/modifying SQL and Oracle Fast Formula for all HCM and Payroll related modules.
  • Experience troubleshooting a variety of incidents and errors (e.g. BPM Workflow Errors, Payroll Process Errors, Locked Records, Incorrect Behaviour of any processes).
