Intermediate M&E Quantity Surveyor

My client is looking for an intermediate level with 1-2 years experience after post graduate degree to work for an Established contractor based in the south of England working on a range of projects from 50,000 - 5 Million in value. The ideal candidate will have experience in working on mechanical packages and have some exposure to JCT and NEC packages.
Job Requirements:
- To prepare regular internal commercial reports for the project.
- To prepare commercial procurement documentation in conjunction with the Project Managers
- To prepare regular interim payment applications for the project.
- To collate and submit costs relating to additional works.
- To monitor that the company's contractual position is protected on all contracts by correspondence, site memos, etc.
- Follow and maintain company Quality Management Systems and ensure that subordinates do likewise.
- Ensure company systems are followed for data security and archiving.
- Monitor and update, in conjunction with the Project Managers, the project Risk Register
- To provide commercial input to assist the Project Manager to produce regular contract progress reports
- To obtain quotations and prepare sub-contract / purchase order proforma for the projects under your control.
