A highly respected design firm is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join their vibrant team in Portsmouth. The friendly practice delivers sustainable and innovative designs across their diverse portfolio of commercial and residential projects.

The successful Senior Architect will have significant experience post Part 3 qualification and will be confident working through all RIBA stages. You will have creative design flare and excellent technical abilities. AutoCAD and Revit proficiency is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Senior Architect:

  • Completed part 3 qualification
  • ARB registered
  • Proven experience in architectural design and project delivery across residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning requirements, and sustainability best practices
  • Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality, timeframes, and budgets
  • Engage with clients to understand their vision, offer creative design solutions, and provide professional advice throughout the project lifecycle
  • Proficient using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Must live within a commutable distance of Portsmouth
