A well-established design firm in Portsmouth is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join their dynamic team. This friendly and collaborative practice delivers sustainable and innovative designs across a diverse range of commercial and residential projects.

The ideal candidate will be a confident and creative Senior Architect with significant post-Part 3 experience, capable of working across all RIBA stages. Strong technical expertise and a flair for creative design are essential, as is proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

  • ARB registered with completed Part 3 qualification.
  • Proven experience in architectural design and project delivery, particularly within residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning requirements, and sustainability best practices.
  • Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Engage directly with clients, offering innovative design solutions and professional advice throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Must be based within a commutable distance of Portsmouth.
