A well-established design firm in Portsmouth is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join their dynamic team. This friendly and collaborative practice delivers sustainable and innovative designs across a diverse range of commercial and residential projects.

The ideal candidate will be a confident and creative Senior Architect with significant post-Part 3 experience, capable of working across all RIBA stages. Strong technical expertise and a flair for creative design are essential, as is proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

ARB registered with completed Part 3 qualification.
Proven experience in architectural design and project delivery, particularly within residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning requirements, and sustainability best practices.
Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
Engage directly with clients, offering innovative design solutions and professional advice throughout the project lifecycle.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
Must be based within a commutable distance of Portsmouth.
