Michael Page are partnering with a business looking for a Payroll Manager to join their accountancy team on a full time permanent basis.

Client Details

Our client is a successful business that has seen rapid growth in the past 12 months. They are based in Portsmouth and do require travel to their offices.

Description

As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Competent, confident, and motivated payroll professional with experience in a multi-site business.
  • Technically up to date and keen to deliver results with improving payroll processes and procedures.
  • Excellent management and communication skills, both verbal, written and at all levels of hierarchy within the business.
  • Ability to take responsibility to provide a full payroll service to the Group and its employees.
  • Experience in all annual HMRC payroll reporting requirements including FPS, EPS, P60, P11D returns.
  • Experience of running in-house payroll, and complete manual payroll calculations accurately and efficiently.
  • Detailed knowledge of taxation, PAYE, National Insurance rules and other information relating to payroll.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Job Offer
