Your Impact:
- Cultivate Key Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and driving account growth.
- Source & Secure Top Talent: Proactively identify, attract, and place high-caliber candidates across various industries, matching their skills to client needs.
- Deliver Tailored Recruitment Solutions: Deeply understand client requirements and develop customized recruitment strategies that exceed expectations.
- Build a Robust Candidate Pipeline: Develop and maintain a dynamic pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Collaborate for Success: Work seamlessly with internal teams to streamline recruitment processes and ensure seamless client experiences.
- Expand Our Client Base: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of Get Staff.
- Provide Expert Guidance: Offer valuable advice and support to both clients and candidates throughout the entire recruitment journey.
What You Bring:
- Proven track record in recruitment or sales, with a strong emphasis on client relationship management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and deadlines.
- A positive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and business development.
- Experience in account management or client relationship roles ideally within recruitment (desirable).

- Competitive Compensation: £25,500 - £28,000 per annum, plus a very strong commission scheme.
