What You'll Do:

  • Manage Key Accounts: Oversee a dynamic portfolio of 10 key accounts and 10 growth accounts, working to elevate customer satisfaction and drive business success.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Be the face of the company to your clients, offering exceptional service and ensuring every interaction counts.
  • Drive Growth: Take an active role in fostering growth opportunities and expanding the value we bring to clients.
  • Handle Challenges: Address client concerns with a calm and professional approach, always going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
  • Create Impactful Reports: Showcase your attention to detail by preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with customer goals.
  • Get Out There: While you'll spend time in the office working on key account details, you'll also get out to meet with clients, building and strengthening relationships.
