- Providing support to employees in both a face-to-face and remote capacity, depending on what is required and the circumstances of the issue at hand
- Addressing issues regarding more advanced or complex new tickets that are raised or escalated to the team, ensuring these are resolved in a reasonable amount of time
- Supporting the Service Desk Manager to improve infrastructure and providing assistance on projects
- Ensuring that notes and accompanying documentation for resolved tickets is accurate and updated
- Keeping excellent communication with staff on progress of ticket resolutions, ensuring that effective case management is upheld at all times
- When required, providing 1st Line support tasks to cover and support the team
