Boston Rose are working with a well-established training provider in the Portsmouth area to recruit a Manual Machining Instructor to join their specialist engineering team. With impressive facilities and a growing reputation for high-quality apprenticeship programmes, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone with solid engineering experience who’s ready to share their knowledge and shape the next generation of engineers.

In this hands-on role, you’ll deliver practical training in manual machining and hand fitting to a mix of young learners, adult trainees, and commercial clients. You’ll also support learners through assessments, provide guidance throughout their development, and help ensure high standards across all areas of training.
