Amour Recruitment is seeking a Senior Pensions Administrator to work for a fantastic company near Portsmouth.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up member records and issuing welcome information
- Contribution processing
- Processing and calculating pension benefits
- Payment of benefits using payroll systems and monitoring ongoing pension benefit cases
- Bank reconciliation and payment processing
- Death benefit calculations
- Participating in annual projects such as tax code uplifts, regulatory reporting, residency tax status updates
Essential skills
- Calm and positive under pressure and happy to take the lead in challenging times
- Self-motivated approach to professional and personal development
- Enthusiastic, positive, and flexible approach to work
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Pension experience is a must with a good understanding of SIPP
Salary: up to £30,000 plus excellent staff benefits.
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730 - can be offered as hybrid with attending the office at least 3 days a week.
