A well-established practice is seeking a skilled and passionate Architectural Technologist to join their friendly team in Portsmouth. The practice has built a strong reputation for providing sustainable and innovative solutions that exceed client expectations. Their diverse portfolio includes projects in the commercial, education and healthcare sectors.

The ideal Architectural Technologist will have significant post-qualification experience and a strong ability to work across the technical RIBA stages. You should possess excellent technical skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in Revit is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

Hold a relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
Demonstrated experience in architectural design and project delivery within the education, commercial, or mixed-use sectors
Strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning processes
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Creative problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail
Ensure all projects comply with building regulations, planning requirements, and sustainability best practices
Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budgets are met
Must be based locally in Portsmouth
Revit proficiency is essential
