What You'll Be Doing:
- Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):? Land Acquisition & Disposals - Help our clients secure and sell land with the finesse of a seasoned pro.? Site Assembly - Assemble sites like a property puzzle master?no missing pieces allowed!? Options & Pre-emption Agreements - Guide clients through securing those all-important first options and pre-emption rights.? Conditional Contracts & Promotional Agreements - Draft and negotiate contracts that ensure our clients are always on solid ground.?? Planning - Steer projects through the planning process with the precision of a legal architect.? Section 106, 278, and 38 Agreements - Make even the most complex agreements look easy, ensuring compliance and success.? Plot Sales - Manage plot sales from the first brick to the final handshake.
What We're Looking For:We need a solicitor who can confidently act for both landowners and developers, providing commercial advice that not only adds value but also minimises risk for our clients. If you?ve got the skills to navigate the complex world of property law with a smile, you might just be the one we?reÂ
- A Solicitor with the know-how to manage the above with a smile (or at least without pulling your hair out).
- Someone who?s excited to work across offices in Worthing, Littlehampton, Bognor Regis, Chichester, and Southsea?bonus points if you?ve got a favorite seaside spot.
- A strong communicator who can negotiate with the best of them and still keep clients happy.
- A love for detail and an ability to juggle multiple tasks?no actual juggling required, but hey, if you can, that?s cool too.
