This company with offices based in Portsmouth provide specialist technology and engineering services to their customers.
Description
The Senior Legal Counsel role based in Portsmouth will involve the following tasks:
- Act as first point of contact for legal queries throughout the business
- Review and drafting of a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements
- Negotiation of new agreements and terms of business
- Drafting of technology contracts, sales contracts, IP, SLAs, NDAs,
- Work closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders
- Ensure that compliance processes are followed
Profile
The successful candidate for the Interim Senior Legal Counsel role will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Be a qualified solicitor
- Have a strong background of negotiating large value commercial contracts
- Strong IP knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities
- Be happy to working 2-3 days in the office each week
Job Offer
This is an Interim position for 3-6 months.
Hybrid working is available, ideally 3 days per weeks in the office.
