A prestigious Biotechnology company located near Portsmouth, dedicated to innovation and excellence, is seeking a dynamic Quality Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

In this role you will have the opportunity lead and inspire a team dedicated to quality and innovation. With senior management support, there will be plenty of opportunity for professional growth and development.

As Quality Manager, you'll uphold the company's rigorous quality standards, ensure compliance with GMPs, company policy’s and manage the UKAS accreditation.

Your responsibilities will also include:

- Overseeing validation activities for facilities, processes, equipment, and methods.

- Managing our vendor approval scheme and conducting supplier audits.

- Maintaining the company's training matrix in partnership with the quality systems

administrator.

To be considered, you will have:

- Experience in Quality Assurance, preferably with management experience.

- Academic background in a scientific subject is a plus.

- Previous experience in quality management within a production/manufacturing

environment is highly desirable.
