The Job
  • Customer Focus: Provide expert guidance to ensure customers get the best price and service possible when selling their properties.
  • Targeted Listings: Help clients sell by listing a targeted number of properties and offering personalised support to each vendor.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on market trends, positioning yourself as an industry expert in your area.
  • Business Development: Identify new leads and generate business to boost overall performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with your team to strategise property matches with potential buyers.
  • Branch Support: Assist the Branch Manager with daily operations, maximising income and profit.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team, and run morning meetings when the Branch Manager is unavailable.
