We are looking for anMechanical/Plumbing Engineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.
As theMechanical/Plumbing Engineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheMechanical/Plumbing Engineer,will be responsible for:
- Servicing, maintenance, and repairs on installations such as.
- Ventilation systems - (AHU, Intake / extract), heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCU's etc.) and water system assets, such as booster sets, chlorifiers, water heaters etc.
- Delivering to the highest level of service for the client, answering queries, reporting any defects.
- Keeping them informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
- Completingall work-related documentation accurately and on time.
- Keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
- Performing manual tasks, including manual handling.
- Working at heights and in confined spaces.
- Willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota.
- Planned and Reactive maintenance activities under your control are completed within contract timescales.
To be successful for thisMechanical/Plumbing Engineer role you must have:
- Maintenance/Facilities Management environment.
- C&G Level 3 orNVQ 3 level in mechanicalor HNCequivalent.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety.
- Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
- A full UK driving license is preferred.
