?Competitive Base Salary £39K-£42K, depending on experience and location
?Retention & Safety Bonus Up to£3,600 per year(£900 paid quarterly)
?Additional Productivity Bonus Earn£7 per meterafter your 6th installation
?Install Bonus:
?Weekend Overtime Rates:

£15 for your 3rd meter
£20 for your 4th & 5th meter
£25 for your 6th+ meter
Saturday:1.5x basic hourly rate
Sunday:2.0x basic hourly rate
