Day-to-day of the role:- Maintain accurate customer contract terms in alignment with business objectives and specific customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This includes managing contract additions, deletions, updates, and uploads.
- Assist in the upkeep of supplier product files and analyse the impact of changes to terms, such as adding new products to catalogues and updating product details.
- Support the management of print solution contracts through detailed reporting and administration.
- Code new customer proposals to our product file, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle purchasing administration tasks including backorder cancellation, product swaps, rejected orders, proactive backorder replacements, and supplier order acknowledgements.
- Generate and present reports and recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- High level of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven experience working to deadlines, using initiative, and prioritising workload effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a team and handle customer queries proficiently.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Computer literacy, particularly strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office programs.
