An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Carrington West compliance team as a compliance coordinator!

As a compliance coordinator, you will be responsible for working with management and consultants on various compliance duties such as audits, telephone and email inquiries, and completing the compliance process for new starters.

This role is Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm. 

As a compliance coordinator, your purpose would be:

  • To ensure compliance in line with all accreditations including ISO and all company policies
  • To prepare all necessary documentation including referencing for the start of new placements

As a compliance coordinator, your responsibilities would be:

  • Gathering required compliance information from candidates prior to the start of placements
  • Completing client compliance audits within given deadlines
  • Having full ownership of client and candidate contract process, including the creation, delivery, and return of candidate and client contracts
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries and emails in a timely manner
  • Respond to customer emails and letters with accurate, relevant, and complete information
  • General administration duties
  • Dealing with external reference requests
  • Database maintenance & entry
  • Chasing outstanding contractor documentation and references
  • Liaise and provide support to the directors and other departments as required
  • Uploading candidates and documentation to a variety of online frameworks and portals
  • Assisting with client tenders
  • Managing files via SharePoint and providing training where necessary
  • Managing any other audits e.g., Building Confidence
  • Documentation Control
  • Supporting internal changes
  • Ensuring processes are in line with current legislations e.g., GDPR
