Process Engineering Manager

  • Leading the design and optimisation of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Managing the installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Overseeing compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
  • Leading a team of engineers, technicians, and facilities staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Managing large-scale projects and capital expenditure plans, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering preferred).
  • Extensive experience in process engineering and facilities management, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a strong ability to mentor and develop teams.
  • Experience in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and project management.
  • Prior experience in aerospace, defence, automotive or electronics manufacturing is highly advantageous.
