Location: Portsmouth

Salary: £35,000 DOE plus overtime

Hours: 40 hours per week 0800-1600 Monday to Friday - Paid lunch

The Company

A precision manufacturer based in the Portsmouth area are looking to build their team of quality inspectors.

The Role

Quality Inspector CMM Programmer within a well-established F1 business based in Portsmouth, operating in a fast-paced quality driven environment.

The Candidate

Successful applicants must:

Be able to inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, verniers, gauges, etc.
Familiar with ISIR and FAIR procedures
Be able to document an maintain records of measurement and testing.
Completion of NCRs and advise on concessions.
Must be able to interpret engineering drawing and CAD models.
Must be flexible, able to work overtime as and when required.

Role Requirements:

2 years minimum in manufacturing
Hexagon Romer Arm with PowerInspect software
QCT4 CNC CMM with QCT Inspect 3D Pro S/w
DEA Mistral Manual CMM with CMM Manager
Hexagon Romer Arm with CMM ManagerExperience with manual CMM
Confident user of all measurement tools including verniers, calipers etc.
