TheProduction Supervisorwill play a crucial role in the supervision and progress amongst the production team.
Paying up to 30,000 Per annum
The Duties of theProduction Supervisor will be:
- Supervising a team of up to 24+ operators
- Delegating tasks to operators based on their skill set and the production plan
- Providing regular updates to the production planner and production manager
- Holding weekly team meetings to keep production running smoothly
- General HR duties including investigation and disciplinary meetings when required
- Contacting customers to discuss any queries
- Previous experience supervising a team within a production environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Great communication Skills
- Be PC Literate
- Previous experience with electrical assembly is desirable but not essential
- Understanding of IPC 620 Standards
- Have experience in motivating a team and monitoring KPI's and team targets
