We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure that production or service goals are consistently achieved.

1. Supervising a team of 24+ operators
2. Giving jobs out to operators based on Production Plan and following up on timings of jobs
3. Updating Production Plan and Capacity Planner
4. Authorising of holidays and appointments
5. Carrying out Back to work interviews following sickness
6. Carrying out of any investigation or disciplinary meeting
7. Holding weekly team meetings
8. Working closely with Production Manager on a day-to-day basis
9. Attendance of Production meetings and providing updates to Production Manager
10. Regular meetings with Operations Director
11. Customer contact on queries
12. Excellent Communications skills
13. Good attention to details
14. 5+ years' experience preferable
15. IPC-620 Standards preferable
16. Computer Literate

Must have Manufacturing Experience ideally in the Electrical Industry
