You will work as part of the Administration team. We aim to offer you variety of work to enhance and develop your administration and customer service skills including a full range of duties to aid the smooth running of a busy office.

Hours - 36.5 per week Monday to Friday - Would consider Part time applications

Summary of Responsibilities and Duties

Administrative duties that will include some or all of the following:

  • Answering incoming calls and transferring as necessary
  • Greeting all visitors and directing them as necessary
  • Taking card payments (in person and over the phone)
  • Setting up clients on internal software programs
  • Word processing
  • Processing anti money laundering forms
  • Debt collection
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Filing, photocopying, collation of information and general clerical work
  • Company Secretarial tasks; full training will be given
  • Scanning
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

Minimum Requirements

4 or more GCSE’s at grade C or above to include English

Competent with MS Office suite of products, Word, Excel, Outlook etc

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a team

Personable & professional

Desired Requirements

Experience working in a similar environment (Accountants, Solicitors etc) would be an advantage
