Receptionist

Robert Half is currently recruiting a Receptionist on behalf of our established nationwide Client.The role is initially for a period of 3 Months with possibility to be extended. The Hourly rate for the role will be between £11.00The role will entail greeting guests into the building, ensuring safety procedures are followed and guest are directed to the correct location, along with supporting the wider reception team in answering calls, receiving packages via Couriers & Maintaining up to date visitor logs.Specific duties will include:

• Greeting visitors & directing them to the correct location
• Answering calls and providing correct details to enquiries
• Maintaining accurate visitor logs for safety and security reasons
• Manage boardroom schedules ensuring rooms are set up fit for purpose
