?? Your main responsibility will be to greet and direct visitors, ensuring that everyone feels welcomed and valued. You will be the friendly face and helpful voice that represents our client's organisation. ???????

What you'll be doing:

? Greeting and directing visitors, providing them with exceptional service

? Answering and transferring phone calls on our advanced console switchboard

? Handling packages through our reliable courier services

? Maintaining visitor logs and/or call records, ensuring security passes/badges are distributed accordingly

? Supporting the team with general administrative tasks like typing, filing, photocopying, and preparing mailers

? Assisting with boardroom scheduling and ensuring all equipment is ready for meetings

Skills you'll need to shine:

? Strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to effectively interact with visitors and colleagues

? Excellent multi-tasking ability, demonstrating your efficiency in managing various tasks with ease

? A customer service superstar, with exceptional interpersonal skills to leave a lasting positive impression on visitors

? Independence and the ability to manage your time efficiently

? Discretion and the utmost respect for confidentiality

? Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

What you'll bring to the team:

�? A high school diploma or equivalent

?? 0-2 years' experience in a similar role
