Receptionist

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries appropriately, relaying messages to the relevant solicitor or department.
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, ensuring all visitors receive a great first impression as you will be their initial point of contact.
  • Taking card payments and maintaining the presentation of the main reception area.
  • Performing other ad hoc administration duties as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Preferably experienced in a receptionist role, ideally with a background in law.
  • Experience in office administration would be an advantage.
  • Pleasant telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
  • Hardworking with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Commitment to providing excellent client care.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task.
  • Team-focused with a flexible “can do” and collaborative approach to working with others.
