Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Partner - Portsmouth

Due to the huge growth in the UK nuclear sector, my client is recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Partner to join their nuclear team in Portsmouth.

This position comes with existing client relationships, exceptional progression opportunities and bespoke training with specialist recruitment trainers.

What you'll be doing -

- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Client Management: Manage new and existing client relationships
- Candidate Sourcing: Use our internal database and job boards to find new candidates
- Candidate Management: Work alongside our dedicated delivery team to oversee the recruitment process
- Mentor Team Members: Support staff with recruitment best practise as part of your personal development

What we want from you -

- Previous experience of working in recruitment, telesales, customer service, customer success, technical sales or client facing roles
- Highly motivated, target driven and can work under pressure
- A great communicator and the ability to adapt
- Strong organisational skills
