Recruitment Consultant - Energy Division

Advanced Resource Managers (A.R.M.) is a well-established Recruitment Consultancy. About the Role:

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Energy division. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your recruitment career, you will be working alongside some of the best in the industry, and with a recently promoted Head of Energy, there will be huge scope to maximise on existing clients as well as bringing in new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing top talent for the Energy sector, with a focus on finding highly qualified professionals.
  • Take ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish, developing strategies to find, attract, and hire experts in various disciplines amongst our clients.
  • Lead initiatives in global sourcing, diversity hiring, and engaging passive candidates ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Drive business development, building relationships with new clients while maintaining strong partnerships with existing ARM's Energy clients.
