Restaurant Manager - What Our Client is Looking For:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Supervisor in a branded or high-volume setting

Strong leadership skills - able to motivate, train, and develop a team

A solid understanding of restaurant management - stock control, cost management, compliance as well as KPI management

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards
