Restaurant Manager - What Our Client is Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Supervisor in a branded or high-volume setting

• Strong leadership skills - able to motivate, train, and develop a team

• A solid understanding of restaurant management - stock control, cost management, compliance as well as KPI management

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards

• The ability to stay calm and lead effectively in a busy, high-energy environment

Your Role as Restaurant Manager:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and high standards

• Lead and develop your team, fostering a positive and efficient working environment
