About the role:Â
Supply Desk are working with a Secondary school based close to PORTSMOUTH area that are seeking a full time Art Teacher to start ASAP on a long-term contract until the summer. The role will be teaching Art in Key Stage 3 mainly with some KS4 in the timetable too. All lessons will be set so you will only be expected to deliver this. The School are looking to appoint an excellent Art teacher that comes with good recent experience and is passionate about teaching Art to students in Key Stage 3 and 4. The role is suitable for an experienced Art Teacher that is seeking a longer-term position in an excellent School or an ECT for Art that is looking for a longer-term contract.Â
Overview:
Supply Desk are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Art Teacher to join a Secondary School based in the PORTSMOUTH area on a long-term contract with the possibility of a permanent contract. The role would be starting ASAP on a long-term contract until at least July 24. The successful candidate will be teaching Art to students in KS3 and KS4, working in a supportive department. The School will consider non-specialist Art teachers for this role with experience teaching Art in Secondary Schools.
About the School:
The School is a mixed Secondary School for students aged from 4 to 16 years with around 700 students in total. The School is based close to PORTSMOUTH and the school was graded as a Good School in its last Ofsted inspection and continues to perform well.Â

- Be able to deliver Art in a fun and engaging way that students can relate to
