Position: Full-time, 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)
Qualifications: Higher Level Teaching Assistant Qualification or QTS qualification
Experience:
* Experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
* Proven experience leading lessons and managing classrooms independently
Responsibilities:
* Assist classroom teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
* Provide targeted support to pupils with SEND, ensuring their academic and emotional needs are met
* Lead lessons and manage classrooms effectively in the absence of the teacher
* Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive learning environment
Requirements:
* HLTA Qualification or QTS qualification
* Experience working with SEND pupils
* Ability to independently lead lessons and manage classrooms
* Availability to work Monday to Friday
