SEN Teaching Assistants needed - Flexible basis, 0 hour-contract in Portsmouth.
U-Educate require experienced SEN Teaching Assistants who are confident working 1:1 with Pupils who have additional needs and/or challenging behaviour.
Your day might include:
- Helping to prepare and produce resources for exciting and engaging sensory based activities
- Support in the assessment of learning and development
- Support children in vocational activities and outings into the community
The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will have:
- Experience working with children with complex additional needs in a school/care setting or through personal experience
- A caring and confident personality
- The ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing situations
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service- this can be applied for through U-Educate
