Randstad are looking for an experienced Call Handler to join a busy maintenance contractor based in Portsmouth on a fixed term contract for 8 - 12 months

Duties:

  • Answering inbound calls from tenants and clients.
  • Logging and scheduling repairs and maintenance requests.
  • Liaising with engineers and contractors to coordinate appointments.
  • Updating systems and ensuring accurate records are kept.
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • General Admin tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call handling, customer service, or admin, ideally in a Maintenance/ Housing/ Construction role
  • Good communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Basic IT skills for logging and updating records.
