You must be able to commute to both locations. Hybrid working is available, but regular office presence is required.What You'll Be Doing:* Preparing monthly P&L statements, gross profit analysis, and balance sheets.* Producing weekly cashflow and flash P&L reports.* Managing cashflow and overseeing cash management.* Partnering with operational and practice managers to review costs and suggest savings.* Calculating associate fees.* Completing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving queries.* Providing ad hoc financial analysis to support leadership decisions.* Preparing audit information and liaising with external auditors.* Supporting the purchase ledger process, including invoice approvals and payment runs.* Reviewing payroll preparation in collaboration with the payroll bureau and practice managers.What We're Looking For:* Part-qualified or QBE, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.* Confident and proactive, able to work closely with senior leaders and challenge where needed.* Strong knowledge of management accounts, cashflow reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.* Sage experience is a plus, but strong Excel skills are essential.* A collaborative mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.* Crucially, you must be able to commute to Potters Bar now and Uxbridge in the future.What's On Offer:* £40,000 - £42,000 salary (dependent on experience).* Hybrid working arrangements.* 25 days holiday.* On-site parking and company pension.* The chance to join a growing organisation where your input is genuinely valued.This role is ideal for someone looking for a steady, fulfilling position with great work-life balance.
