We are currently working on behalf of a well-established Gas and Heating Client who are currently hiring and Out of hours Call Centre Agents/Administrators.
Location: Potters Bar
Hours:
- Monday 13:00- 22:00
- Tuesday 13:00 - 22:00
- Friday 16:00 - 22:00
- Saturday & Sunday 13:00 - 22:00
Weekly pay, one week in arrears
Pay - £14.86 per hour for 12 weeks, after 12 weeks after passing probation, you could then be offered a PAYE Permanent Role.
Description:
- Communicate promptly with customers and sub-contractors
- Handle 65-80 calls per day.
- Prioritise scheduling, programming, and booking for engineers; meet diary deadlines.
- Distribute documentation as per client requirements.
- Control and clear engineers' timesheets daily, including electronic expenses.
- Check and authorise supplier/sub-contractor invoices; process reports.
- Manage challenging tenants.
- Address customer complaints or queries.
- Coordinate return of incorrect/damaged goods to suppliers.
- Arrange and coordinate weekend work.
- Complete other tasks as requested by management.
Requirements:
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational abilities.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
