Sous chefis required in Hertfordshire for a Hotel and Restaurant,live inavailable at only £69 per week, which is so much cheaper than renting. This role is on the edge Greater London / Hertfordshire. This is a fresh food hotel with a restaurant doingfine diningand ahotel with banqueting. £30-33k salary, 45hrs. The local is brilliant as if you wanted to go into London on your days off, you are close enough to do so & you have the benefit of live in on site.

The role
as a sous chef you will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen. you will run a key section in the kitchen like sauce or run a wedding/event. You will ensure the section or event your working on is ready for service, cook in service and present the dishes as required. This role will include all the normal sous chef duties including running the kitchen in head chefs absence.

Experience
We are looking for asous chefwith fine dining and also banqueting within a hotel, you will be at a sous chef level and able to support the head chef.
