Reed Marketing & Creative are currently partnered with a hugely successful and growing B2C business based in Cuffley, who are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement and track digital marketing campaigns across SEM, SEO, and email.
  • Develop and implement engaging marketing campaigns, including newsletters, blogs, awards, social media, content and LinkedIn.
  • Lead marketing conversion analytics including A/B testing to optimise campaign performance.
  • Ensuring consistency across all platforms including web, app, social media, and other marketing collateral.
  • Reporting on key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost, Customer Lifetime Value, and Return on Investment

The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience within marketing, adept with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Braze, and skilled in orchestrating multi-channel campaigns. The candidate should possess excellent analytical abilities, be proficient with design tools such as Canva and Figma, and have a solid academic foundation with a keen eye for UX and brand consistency.

In return you will receive a salary paying up to £50,000 + 10% performance-based bonus depending on experience + excellent benefits
