ACCA training firm - On-site parking and a collaborative team environment Your role as Client ManagerIn this role, you'll be an integral part of the business, ensuring that clients receive the highest standard of service. You'll manage your own portfolio of clients and will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of accounts, tax returns, and management accounts. You'll work closely with the accounts team, providing leadership, reviewing work for accuracy, and ensuring client deadlines are met. - Manage the accounts team's workflow, liaising with the Office Manager and clients - Oversee the preparation and review of statutory accounts, business tax computations, and personal tax returns - Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met - Provide training and support to team members, fostering a culture of development - Contribute to business growth by generating new business and promoting value-added services What you'll need to succeed as Client Manager - Qualified or part-qualified accountant, with experience using Iris, Sage, and Excel - Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships - Enthusiasm to take on a leadership role and mentor your team - Experience managing a client portfolioWhat nextI'm looking for a motivated and ambitious Client Manager to join this expanding team.
