My client is looking for an Administrator for a 6 months FTC maternity cover role for a 5 days in the office position.

You will deliver the effective, efficient and fully compliant management and processing of HR transactional administration. Working on the company’s HR and Payroll system (iTrent), you will also efficiently provide clear and concise resolutions to resolve employee queries that relate to HR changes and pay.

This role will be full time office based.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process Staff Change forms including personal details and changes to employment such as promotions, salary and hour amendments
  • Process all absences including sickness, Maternity, Paternity and Shared Parental Leave
  • Work closely alongside the Payroll department to ensure that changes are complete by the monthly deadlines
  • Managing the employee phone line and mailbox
  • Send correspondence to employees confirming amendments
  • Log and track queries from first contact to resolution
  • Liaise with internal departments and Service Managers to resolve employee issues
  • Build positive and engaging relationships with all key stakeholders
  • Provide feedback to employees throughout the query lifecycle
  • Escalate queries where required
  • Data Management within the HR/Payroll system
  • Adhoc Admin tasks

Knowledge & Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications - Essential
  • Ideally have an understanding of payroll and HR processes - Desirable
  • Experience of working with a HR/Payroll system - Desirable
  • Worked in an HR or Administration team previously- Desirable
