EYFS Teacher - Potters Bar

About the role: As an EYFS teacher your primary objective will be to nurture children's abilities, knowledge and social skills. This will involve planning activities that contribute to children's development - whilst maintaining the Curriculum for Excellence - involving literacy, numeracy, and health and well-being. The safety of children is also critical in this role. As an EYFS teacher you will work closely with social workers to ensure that the children are protected. The role has a significant impact on all the children, helping them to enjoy learning and gets them ready for the next phase of their life - a true vocation!

About the School: The Ofsted 'Good' rated school based in Potters Bar prides itself in being a thriving, friendly and ambitious school focusing on the encouragement of all the children to be the very best they can be and fulfill an excellent start to their educational journey. The classes benefit from being small in size (20 children), allowing for students to connect more closely to their peers and become more confident and comfortable - leading to increased participation. Furthermore, the school has benefitted recently from new SLT who are pumping in new positive ideas!
